Dual Fuel Gas Furnace & Heat Pump
Dual fuel heating system rebate: electric heat pump combined with gas furnace
The dual fuel heating system rebate helps offset the cost of installing a new electric heat pump with a new high-efficiency gas furnace.1 When you install a qualifying dual fuel system you’ll have access to a reliable and efficient heating system to keep your home warm and comfortable, even on the coldest days—while also benefiting from cooling on hot days, and a system that can be more than 100 per cent efficient under certain conditions.
We’re offering this rebate for customers who want a higher-efficiency heating and cooling system that can replace their aging gas furnace, helping to reduce their energy use and associated greenhouse gas emissions.
You will need to sign into your FortisBC account or Register your existing account number online to apply for your rebates.
